Questions about this tool
Is the content outside the box deleted?
No. Cropping changes the visible area of the page (CropBox); hidden content stays in the file. To remove information for good, use Redact PDF.
Does it work on rotated pages?
Yes. The box is applied exactly as you see the page on screen.
