Is this a qualified electronic signature?
No. It is a simple electronic signature (an image of your signature placed on the page), without a digital certificate. For documents that require a qualified signature, use an accredited trust service provider.
Can the signature be moved after download?
No. The signature becomes part of the page content, not a separate layer.
