Questions about this tool
Can the text still be copied after redaction?
No. Glyphs, images and shapes under the redacted areas are removed from the file; we check that the text can no longer be extracted.
Does it find text in scanned documents?
Not yet: search works on the real text of the PDF. On scans you can mark areas by hand.
